List of world's most powerful passports released, know the ranking of India and Pakistan

The latest list of the world's most powerful passports has been released. Singapore tops the Henley Passport Index 2024 released on Tuesday. Singapore's passport is the strongest passport in the world, whose citizens can travel visa-free to 195 out of 227 destinations in the world.

What is India's ranking?

India ranks 82nd in the Henley Passport Index. Indian citizens can travel visa-free to 58 foreign destinations. Last time India performed slightly better in this index and ranked 81st with 61 visa-free destinations.

Like every time, this time too Pakistan's performance in the passport index has been very poor. Pakistan is at the fifth position from the bottom. Pakistan is at the 100th position in the list of 103 countries. Pakistani citizens can enter 33 countries visa-free.

After Pakistan, Yemen, Iraq, Syria are in the list and at the bottom is Afghanistan.

Top 5 Countries

After Singapore, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Spain are second on the list of powerful passports with 192 visa-free travel destinations. Austria, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, South Korea and Sweden are third with 191 visa-free travel destinations. Belgium, Denmark, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the UK are fourth on the list with 190 visa-free destinations. Australia and Portugal are fifth with 189 visa-free travel destinations.
