How does Interpol work?

Due to which Interpol will work to catch this criminal. India will give information about that accused to Interpol. After this Interpol will issue a notice in his name. Interpol issues many types of notices. But there are two main ones. A yellow notice, which is issued for missing persons. Another red notice which is issued for wanted criminals and accused.
Why was there a need for ‘Bharatpol’?
Police and investigative agencies of states in India often resort to Interpol to obtain information or to arrest criminals hiding abroad. In the current process, the state government has to first contact the CBI. After this the CBI contacts Interpol and demands to issue the necessary notice. This entire process is not only complicated but also time consuming. ‘Bharatpol’ is being started to solve this problem. With its help, the process of issuing red notices, diffusion notices and other necessary Interpol notices against criminals will become quick and easy. Currently, states have to again email or fax their requests to the CBI if they want to track their requests. But now the police can track their requests directly on ‘Bharatpol’.
So will ‘Bharatpol’ issue notice now?
No, the notice will be issued by Interpol only. When information is required about a criminal or his location, the police can send a request directly to Interpol through ‘Bharatpol’. If Interpol accepts that request. Then a red notice, diffusion notice or other type of notice will be issued against the concerned culprit. ‘Bharatpol’ aims to expedite transactions with Interpol.
