The court of Additional Sessions Judge I Anil Kumar Yadav on Wednesday convicted two real brothers Sandeep Tiwari, Sanjay Tiwari and Ambuj Tiwari of killing Rajesh Tiwari by shooting him in the chest over a land dispute four years ago in Badsara village of Khutahan police station area. Found them guilty of murder and sentenced them to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 each. Sandeep Tiwari, convicted in the Arms Act, was punished with 1 year rigorous imprisonment and an additional fine of Rs 5,000.
It is noteworthy that the deceased's father Shyam Narayan Tiwari had lodged an FIR in Khutahan police station that on June 2, 2020, at 8:00 am, Sandeep, Sanjay, son of Krishna Dutt Tiwari and Ambuj, son of Kamalakant Tiwari came to the plaintiff's tube well over a land dispute. Started abusing the boy. When plaintiff's son Rajesh Tiwari refused to abuse, Sandeep shot Rajesh in the chest with an illegal weapon with the intention of killing him. As soon as the bullet hit, Rajesh fell on the ground. The family members immediately took him to the district hospital, Jaunpur. Where the doctor declared the plaintiff's son dead. The police investigated and filed the case diary in the court. Government lawyer Sanjay Srivastava recorded the statements of the witnesses in the court. After hearing the arguments of both the parties and on the basis of the evidence available in the file, the court found all three accused guilty of murder and sentenced them to life imprisonment.
