step 1
First of all, wash fenugreek with water and chop it in a vessel.
Step-2
Now add wheat flour, gram flour, fenugreek leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, white sesame seeds, coriander, curd, red chilli powder, salt and oil in a vessel and mix.
Step-3 –
Now, add some water to it and knead the dough and let it set for a while and then make balls out of it.
Step-4
Now fold the dough leaves with the help of patla and vellan.
Step-5 –
Now heat a pan and put the thepa on it and fry it by applying oil. Delicious methi thepla is ready, you can serve it with curd, chutney or pickle.
