Pratapgarh, June 15 (HS). A district level Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organized in the Raniganj Tehsil Auditorium of the district on Saturday. District Magistrate Sanjeev Ranjan presided over the Sampoorna Samadhan. Superintendent of Police Satpal Antim heard the police related complaints and directed his subordinates to take immediate action.
In the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, complainant Sabira, wife of late Insan Ali, complained that her two sons Sher Ali and Shamshad Ali live in their maternal and maternal home at the above mentioned address on the ancestral land of the applicant, and they have applied for inheritance online twice, but the regional accountant Dinesh Mishra cancels it without investigation, and the accountant says go and get it done from the Tehsildar; District Magistrate Sanjeev Ranjan took the matter seriously and directed the concerned to suspend the regional accountant Dinesh Mishra and directed the Tehsildar Raniganj to register the inheritance of the complainant.
The District Magistrate listened to the public complaints seriously and directed the concerned officials to resolve them in a timely and quality manner.
In the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, the district magistrate clearly directed the officers, accountants and law-goes that in accordance with the government’s intention, the complaints should be resolved on a priority basis in a qualitative manner and the complainant should be completely satisfied.
While giving instructions, he said that the complaints regarding land disputes received on the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas should be resolved in a qualitative manner by the revenue and police team by visiting the spot and without any bias.
He told the officers present that they should not depend on their subordinates but should themselves check the quality of redressal. On the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, the district magistrate gave strict instructions to all the departmental officers that there should be no laxity in work so that no poor person should be deprived of any welfare schemes. He instructed the officers that laxity or negligence at any level in redressal of complaints will be taken very seriously, hence all officers should, in accordance with the government's desire, resolve the complaints received on the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas in a quality manner and at a fast pace.
Superintendent of Police Satpal Antil directed all the police station incharges to ensure that all the complaints received from the police department are resolved within the time limit in Sampoorna Samadhan. He instructed the police officers and police station incharges to listen to the complaints of all the complainants politely, go to the spot in every case and do impartial investigation and in every case the victim should get justice. On this occasion, District Development Officer Rakesh Prasad, Tehsildar and district level officers were present.
