Jammu, August 9 (HS). In an effort to inspire a sense of national pride and zeal among the youth, the Indian Army organised an engaging lecture on patriotism at Patnaji in Kishtwar district. The programme was aimed at instilling a deep sense of pride and commitment to serve the nation while promoting appreciation for India's rich heritage and global reputation.
The lecture highlighted India's prestigious history as one of the oldest civilisations in the world and shared heroic tales of valour that are etched in the pages of history. By focusing on India's cultural heritage and the bravery of its past heroes, the session sought to connect the youth with the country's glorious past and future aspirations.
The event was attended by 24 students and 4 teachers from Higher Secondary School, Patnaji. In an interactive session, the attendees expressed their views and pride towards their country. The enthusiasm and engagement of the participants underlined the success of the initiative in promoting unity and patriotism. Such initiatives are important to integrate local communities with the broader vision of the nation and ensure that the spirit of patriotism is embraced and cherished.
