Assembly Speaker Tomar was addressing the youth of Kshatriya community present at the Dussehra Milan function organized by Rajput Hitkarini Sabha in Gwalior on Saturday evening as the chief guest. According to this tradition, we will be ready to sacrifice everything for justice, respect for women and protection of motherland, only then we will be entitled to be called Kshatriya. Keynote speaker Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya said that the soul of India resides in culture. Therefore, despite all the conflicts, our culture has remained intact for thousands of years. Our ancestors have protected the culture by following Kshatri Dharma and sacrificing their lives. Kshatriya is that community which moves along with all sections of the society. We all should follow all these traditions. He also said that with changing times, civilizations can change but not culture and values of life. Our festivals work to preserve culture and life values.
Sant Kripal Singh, former minister Dr. Govind Singh, former Himachal Pradesh minister Govind Singh Thakur, MLA Nitendra Singh Rathore and former MLA Ghanshyam Singh also expressed their views in the programme.
