Lucknow, March 11 (HS). The team of Enforcement Zone-4 of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) sealed two illegal constructions in Madianv and Hasanganj areas. Ravi Nandan Singh, zonal officer of Enforcement Zone-4, said that information was received about illegal construction work done by Jaganlal and others in an area of about five thousand square feet behind the former secondary school Ghazipur Balram on Ghaila Road in Madianv. Which was sealed.
Ravi Nandan Singh told that in Hasanganj, construction work was being done by Israr Ahmed, Mehndi and others on a plot of area of about two thousand square feet next to Humsafar Guest House on Bandha Road going from Purnia Tiraha to Pakka Bridge. Sealing orders were passed by filing a case in the prescribed court against the illegal construction being done without getting the map approved by the authority.
He said that in compliance with the prescribed court order, Assistant Engineer Anil Kumar and Junior Engineer Rakesh Kumar have sealed both the illegal constructions with the help of the authority police and the police force of the local police station. Similarly, action will be taken against complaints of illegal construction in future too.
