Double Murder: A double murder incident has created a stir in Dhani Bazar of Brijmanganj police station area of ​​Maharajganj district of Uttar Pradesh. In which a man killed his wife and 8-year-old son with an axe late on Saturday night and fled.

According to the details received in this regard, Shashibhushan Mishra lived with his wife Vijayalakshmi and son Shaurya on the first floor of his ancestral house in Dhani Bazar. While his father Rajendranath lived in the adjacent house with his other son and family.

This afternoon when no member of Shashi Bhushan's family was seen, Rajendra Nath and other members went to search for him. Where in the inner room, 40 year old Vijayalakshmi and 8 year old Shaurya were lying soaked in blood.

On getting information about the incident, the local police and forensic team reached the spot. From where they recovered the axe used in the murder. At present, the police have registered a case against the husband who is absconding after committing the murder and have intensified the investigation for his arrest.

Initial investigation has revealed that Shashi Bhushan was in depression for the past few days. Due to which he used to quarrel with his wife frequently. In such a situation, it is being speculated that he has committed the double murder in Gharkankesh.
