There is no merit in this matter, it is a conspiracy against us. There is trust in the court. He has saved us. Investigating agencies are being misused.

Summoned on 11

Let us tell you that in this case, Rouse Avenue Court, taking cognizance of the charge sheet, had summoned 8 accused in the money laundering case related to the alleged scam of taking land in exchange for Group D job in Railways. The investigating agency had named 11 accused in the charge sheet, out of which 3 accused have died.

What is the case for land for jobs?
Lalu Prasad was the Railway Minister of the country between 2004 and 2009. Misusing his position, he hired many people in Group D recruitment in Railways in exchange for land. It is alleged that these lands were transferred through a deed executed in the name of Rabri Devi and her daughters Misa Bharti and Hema Yadav. The CBI claimed that no advertisement or any public notification was issued for such appointments, yet residents of Patna were appointed in Mumbai, Jabalpur, Kolkata, Jaipur and Hajipur.

The Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED is investigating this matter. Taking cognizance of the supplementary charge sheet filed by ED, the court ordered Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family to appear.
