In an unfortunate incident on the night of December 25 in Mumbai, a Lamborghini Revuelto luxury car caught fire. The incident occurred on Coastal Road at around 10:20 pm. The video of the incident was shared on social media by Gautam Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Group. In the video, an orange colored Lamborghini Revuelto can be seen burning, while a person is trying to extinguish the fire with the help of a hose pipe. The fire was brought under control in 45 minutes with the help of the fire department.
The ex-showroom price of Lamborghini Revuelto is ₹8.89 crore.
Singhania raised questions on the safety of Lamborghini
Gautam Singhania raised serious questions on the reliability and safety standards of Lamborghini regarding this incident on social media platform X.
“Such incidents raise questions about the safety and reliability of Lamborghini. When you buy such an expensive and prestigious car, you expect the highest quality, not such dangerous experiences.”
Singhania, who is known for his luxurious car collection, had earlier also raised concerns about the performance and safety of the Lamborghini Revuelto.
Had experienced malfunction earlier also
In October 2024, Singhania complained about his driving experience with the Lamborghini Revuelto. He told that he had taken delivery of this supercar 15 days ago.
