Lal Major Pranay of Uttarakhand passes away in Kargil, Chief Minister and Soldier Welfare Minister pay tribute

Dehradun, 30 April (HS). Lal Pranay Negi of Uttarakhand, posted in Kargil, passed away. Pranab Negi was posted as Major in the Indian Army. There was chaos in the house as soon as the family got the news of Major Pranab Negi's demise late on Monday night.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday paid tribute to the martyrdom of Major Pranay Negi, a resident of Bhaniyawala of Doiwala area. He said that his supreme sacrifice to protect the honor and dignity of the country will always be remembered. I pray to God to grant the blessed soul a place at His feet and the bereaved family members the strength to bear this immense sorrow.

The state government is with the family in this hour of grief.

Soldier Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Major Pranay Negi and expressed condolences. Joshi has prayed to God to give place to the virtuous soul at His feet and to give strength to the bereaved family members to bear this immense sorrow. He said that the state government is standing with the family members in this hour of grief.

Major Pranay Negi was recruited in 94 Regiment, these days he was posted in Kargil.

It is being told that the mortal remains of Major Pranab Negi will reach his residence Doiwala on the night of 30th April or on 1st May. According to the information, Pranay Negi lived with his family in Sangtiya Wala, Doiwala. Pranab Negi was 36 years old. These days he was posted in Kargil.

Suddenly his health deteriorated, he died during treatment in the hospital.

It is being told that Major Pranab Negi's health suddenly deteriorated while on duty on April 29. After this he was admitted to the hospital, where he died during treatment. After the incident, there is mourning in the house of Major Pranab Negi.

Major Negi left behind a one and a half year old son, he was the only brother of two sisters.

Former village head of Kanharwala Narendra Negi told that Major Pranay Negi was recruited in 94 Regiment and these days was posted in Kargil. Major Pranab Negi was the only brother of two sisters. Pranay Negi also has a one and a half year old son.

Doiwala drowned in grief

Narendra Negi told that he had talked to the family of Pranav Negi on the evening of 29th April itself and the news of his demise reached the family late in the night. Pranay Negi is originally from Kirtinagar Tehri Garhwal, but his family now lives in a house in Doiwala. Pranay Negi studied at St. Joseph's School, Mussoorie. After the news of Prannoy Negi's demise, the entire Doiwala is in mourning. Everyone is going to Pranay Negi's house and expressing their condolences.
