Bicentenary celebration has been organized by Swaminarayan sect in pilgrimage place Vadtal. Preparations are currently being made for this. More than 25 lakh devotees will join Samaiya in the Bicentenary Festival to be held in Tirthdham Vadtal. The festival of Swaminarayan sect in Vadtal will last for a total of 9 days. Many attractions have been built in the 9 day Samaiya. A grand bicentenary festival has also been organized in Vadtal. Lakhs of devotees leave all their work and come to Vadtal to serve in this festival. Preparations are going on in Vadtal regarding the planning of the festival.

New history will be made in Vadtal:
Vadtal is going to witness a unique festival of Swaminarayan sect. Lord Swaminarayan had established the idol of Lakshminarayan in Vadtal 200 years ago. To commemorate the completion of 200 years of the establishment of the temple, Shri Lakshminarayan Bicentenary Mahamahotsav will be celebrated from November 7 to November 15 in a vast area of 800 bighas.
Special arrangements for grand meal:
In this festival to be held in Vadtal, 15 big domes will be arranged for district wise food offerings. Where lakhs of devotees will offer Prasad together.
How cooking is planned:
Keeping in mind the crowd of devotees, special arrangements have been made for food offerings. In which domes have been distributed according to the district. 5 out of 15 domes are adjacent to the tent city. 3 to 4 tonnes of vegetables will be brought from Nashik daily for cooking.
