New Delhi: There is important news for those parents who want to enroll their children in Kendriya Vidyalaya. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released a notification this year for admissions from Bal Vatika (i.e. Nursery) to Secondary (X) classes for the academic year 2024-25 in Kendriya Vidyalayas across the country. According to the notification issued by the organization, forms for admission (KVS Admission 2024) to Bal Vatika, Class 1 and higher categories in all Kendriya Vidyalayas can be filled from April 1 and the last date has been fixed as April 15, 2024.

Registration forms for admission to Class 1 (KVS Admission 2024) along with Bal Vatika-1, Bal Vatika-2 and Bal Vatika-3 of Kendriya Vidyalaya can be filled online. For this, parents will have to visit the official website of KVS kvsagathan.nic.in. You will be able to submit the application by visiting the respective online form page from the active link on this website.
KVS Admission 2024: Application process for Class 2 and higher classes
At the same time, admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya from class 2nd to 10th will be available only when the seats are vacant. For admission in these classes, parents will have to contact the Kendriya Vidyalaya near their residence and obtain the admit card from that school office. This form must be submitted by the last date set by the school.
KVS Admission 2024: Eligibility for admission for Kindergarten and Class 1
For admission in Bal Vatika 1, the age of the student should not be less than 3 years and not more than 4 years as on 31 March 2024.
For admission in Bal Vatika 2, the age of the student should not be less than 4 years and more than 5 years as on 31 March 2024.
For admission in Bal Vatika 3, the age of the student should not be less than 5 years and more than 6 years as on 31 March 2024.
For admission to Class 1, the age of the student should not be less than 6 years and not more than 8 years as on 31 March 2024.
