Hisar, 26 July (HS). KSO protested against the fee hike in Guru Jambheshwar University. After the protest, a memorandum was submitted to the university administration, in which a warning of agitation was given if the increased fee was not withdrawn within 10 days.

This demonstration was held on Friday under the leadership of KSO chief Harikesh Dhanda on the fee hike and other demands of the students. Student leader Harikesh Dhanda said that the fees of many courses in Guru Jambheshwar University have been increased very much, due to which students from middle class families are being deprived of studies due to not being able to afford this fee. Last time also KSO had protested in the university for a week on the demands of the students, but the administration got the protest lifted by giving false assurances and there has been no solution to it till now. Harikesh Dhanda said that if our demands are not heard for ten days, then all the students will together hold a big movement for which the university administration will be responsible.

Present on this occasion, KSO's Government College President Lakshya Jakhar said that all the students of the colleges are worried about the odd-even problem in the paper and if the problem is not resolved soon, all the colleges will join the movement. On this occasion, many members and students of the organization including Bimal, Deep Dhanda, Harsh, Rohit, Lalit Kumar were present.
