Korba, August 12 (HS). Youth Congress District Korba on Monday, under the leadership of Youth Congress General Secretary Madhusudan Das and under the guidance of senior Congress leaders Sanjay Azad and Pawan Gupta, submitted a memorandum to SECL General Manager Korba Area regarding the resolution of problems prevailing in the Bankimongra Colony area and warned of fierce agitation and stopping of coal transportation in case the problems are not resolved soon.

On this occasion, Youth Congress General Secretary Madhusudan Das said that Bankimongra area falls under your dependent area. Earlier, when the mine was operational, this system was remote. Since the closure of mine number 4, a lot of problems have cropped up. The solution of which has been completely stopped by you.

In the memorandum, the condition of roads in Banki Colony, Jungle Side, Shanti Nagar, Banwari Side, Gajra Colony, Katai Nar, Ghurdeva of Bankimongra area is very dilapidated, repairs should be done as soon as possible. Trained nurses, staff, doctors should be posted in SECL hospital running in Banki area and it should be operated properly. The cleanliness system of the entire colony area is very serious, currently dengue, malaria related diseases are spreading, due to lack of cleanliness, a lot of trouble is being faced. The cleanliness system should be improved. Street lights should be installed in Pankhadfai Bankimongra bypass as soon as possible. The condition of Bankimongra Dhelwadih road is very dilapidated, demand has been made to get it repaired as soon as possible.

In the memorandum, a warning was given to stop agitation and transportation of coal vehicles if the problems prevailing in the area are not resolved as soon as possible. It was also said that the entire responsibility for this will be of the government and administration. On this occasion, Youth Congress former district secretary Shabbir Khan, Sameem Ansari, Pramod Kakre and other Youth Congress members were present.
