Korba, September 14 (HS). SECL CMD Dr Prem Sagar Mishra visited Gevra Megaproject in Korba district on Saturday morning. During the visit, he went to the face of the mine and took stock of the mining and OB works. He discussed with the core team and reviewed the production-productivity of the mine and inquired about the plan to increase it and gave necessary guidelines. Along with this, he also reviewed the dispatch activities of the mine.
This was the second consecutive day of CMD Dr Mishra's regional visit, before this on Friday he had visited Korba area and Kusmunda mine. During the visit, CMD Dr Mishra inspected the hall road and other coal transportation routes in the mine and directed the team for its better maintenance. Along with this, he also inquired about the preparations made for the upcoming Swachhata Hi Seva 2024 campaign and special campaign. He called upon everyone to take part in the campaign and ensure active participation. Regional General Manager SK Mohanty and other senior officers were present with him during the visit.
