On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched this project during a program organized in Jammu. Under this project, a gift of Rs 20 crore has also been given to Atal Bihari Vajpayee University, Bilaspur. Prime Minister Modi virtually gifted this amount to Atal University.
