There have been some shocking revelations about Sanjay Roy, the accused in the Kolkata RGR Medical College rape-murder case, which will shock you. This person is a 'sexual pervert' with 'animal-like activities'. The psychoanalytic profile prepared by the CBI presents this picture. During interrogation, a team of psychoanalysts found that 31-year-old Sanjay had no regrets. He gave his version of what happened at the scene without mentioning any cost.
went to the red light area
According to Kolkata Police, Sanjay Roy, who works as a civil volunteer in the hospital, had visited two red light areas on the night of the incident. According to media reports, police sources said that Sanjay Roy had gone to the red light area Sonagachi on the night of August 8. There he drank alcohol and went to two red light areas one after the other. After this, he went to the hospital after midnight.
Experts involved in the CBI investigation also corroborated Sanjay Roy's statements so that the clues could be linked to postmortem and forensic evidence. According to the CBI, technical and scientific evidence confirms Roy's presence at the crime scene. But it could not say anything about the DNA test results. Before the CBI took over the case, the Kolkata Police had said that the blood and skin marks found under the victim's nails matched the injuries on Sanjay Roy's hand.
CBI will submit status report today
The CBI will file a status report on the investigation so far in the Supreme Court on Thursday. A Times of India report quoted CBI sources as saying that CCTV footage retrieved from RG Car shows Roy near the chest department ward around 11 am on August 8. The 31-year-old victim was in the ward with at least four other junior doctors at the time. Roy was seen staring at them for a while before leaving.
During interrogation, Roy has claimed that she was admitted to the ward in the evening. According to the CBI, the victim left the ward for dinner with other junior doctors and returned to the seminar hall after 1 am on August 9. At around 2.30 pm, a junior doctor entered the hall and the victim spoke to him before falling asleep.
CCTV footage showed Roy re-entering the hospital premises at 4 am. Investigators believe he then went to the seminar hall on the third floor where the victim was sleeping.
Roy is scheduled to appear in court again on Friday, where he will meet the state-appointed defence lawyer for the first time. During his last appearance in court, no lawyer was willing to represent him. The CBI is considering a virtual hearing for security reasons.
The CBI had sought permission from the local court to conduct a polygraph test of Sanjay Roy. Roy has been arrested on charges of involvement in this case. On the instructions of the Kolkata High Court, the CBI took over the investigation of the case from the Kolkata Police last week.
