Lucknow Super Giants, KL Rahul: Indian cricket team batsman KL Rahul was playing for Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the last 3 seasons of IPL. He decided to leave the team before the mega auction of next year’s tournament. Now he will participate in the mega auction to be held in Jeddah on 24 and 25 November. Rahul is not included in the list of retained players of LSG. After separating from the team, now Rahul has broken his silence on this.

Rahul has indicated that his desire is to find a new team. And his aim is to make a comeback in the Indian T20 team. Rahul said, ‘I wanted to make a new beginning. I wanted to explore all my options. I wanted to play at a place where I had some freedom and where the team environment was comfortable. Sometimes you have to walk away and find something better for yourself.

He further said, ‘I have been out of the T20 team for some time. I know where I stand as a player now. I know what I have to do to come back. I am waiting for this season of IPL. Hopefully this will give me that platform where I can go back and enjoy my cricket. My aim is to make a comeback in the T20 team.
