Jaunpur, 12 April (His). A special program was organized on Friday under the Industry Academia Interface by the Central Training and Placement Cell at the Seminar Building of the Faculty of Science of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University. Its main speaker was Shekhar Anand, an alumnus of the university and co-founder and director of Heathox – K Pvt. Ltd. He discussed the topic Post Covid Prevalence of Cardio Vascular Disease and Role of Harnessing NT – Pro BNP for Point of Care Testing in the CVD Management.
Regarding the availability of kits for pre-diagnosis of heart attack, he said that this kit will soon be available in the market. He told about prevention of anemia.
Presiding over the program, Prof. Vandana Rai said that now the kit can be easily used in the field of medical biotechnology and the kit is now easily available in the market for testing many types of diseases. In the welcome address, Prof. Pradeep Kumar said that Central Training and Placement Cell will continue to organize such events which will give students an opportunity to learn more about the industry.
