According to Saanvi Talwar, during the shooting of a scene, Karan Kundrra forcibly kissed her even before the director could say action or ‘cue’. Hurt by this sudden action, when Saanvi slapped Karan in protest, the atmosphere became very tense. Saanvi alleged that after 10-15 minutes, Karan came back and slapped Saanvi so hard in front of the entire unit that she fell on the ground.
Ekta Kapoor’s mediation: Saanvi claims that after this incident, Karan also abused her and her parents. When she started leaving the set, the show’s producer Ekta Kapoor apologized on Karan’s behalf and convinced her to continue the work.
