1. Keep your weight under control
Increasing weight is not good for kidney health because it causes diseases like diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. Due to this, the kidneys also get damaged a lot.
2. Do not interrupt the sleep cycle
Fix your sleeping and waking time and do not change it much. Make sure you sleep for about 7 to 8 hours every day, by doing this the health of the kidney remains intact.
3. Physical activities
If you do exercise or any other physical activity for about half an hour a day, then blood pressure will remain under better control and the risk of kidney related diseases will be reduced.
