Khambhaliya railway crossing will be free, new bridge approved

People of Khambhalia area will soon get freedom from railway crossing. With the efforts of Lok Sabha MP Poonam Madam and local MLA Molubhai Bera, an under bridge has been recently constructed by the Railways at a cost of Rs 4 crore on the route from Jadeshwar Hill to Dwarka Bypass.

Apart from this, a railway over bridge worth Rs 38 crore has been approved for the railway crossing towards Jamnagar, for which the tender process is going on.

Work on two more under bridges has started on Salaya Road. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the under bridge on Payal Hotel-Porbandar Road-Bhanwad Road at a cost of Rs 5 crore during his next Dwarka visit. After completion of all these bridges, Khambhalia railway crossing will become free.

It is known that people have to face a lot of problems due to railway crossings. Closing of gates results in huge wastage of time. Now because of all these bridges people will get freedom from this.
