Khalistanis targeted us but police or FBI took no action: Indian outrage

Indian-American citizens living in the US had a meeting with officials of the FBI, Police Department and Justice Department and the main agenda of the meeting was to discuss the anti-India activities being carried out by Khalistanis.

People of Indian origin expressed displeasure over the activities of Khalistanis against India from American soil. The meeting was organized by Indian origin leader Ajay Jain Bhutoria. In which more than two dozen citizens were present.

In this meeting, Indian American citizens said that attacks on temples have increased in America. Due to which there is an atmosphere of fear among the people. Khalistanis are trying to scare us by parking trucks outside our shops and schools where our children study.

Indian American citizens expressed their displeasure that despite such activities, no action is being taken by the FBI and police. Even today, the elements who tried to set fire to the Indian Embassy in San Francisco have not been caught by the police.

According to Ajay Jain Bhutoria, who organized the meeting, police and FBI officials surprisingly argued that they had no information about the Khalistan movement and were finding it difficult to take action due to lack of resources and funds.

Sikh community leader Sukhi Chahal, present in this meeting, said that Khalistan supporters associated with the Khalistani terrorist organization Sikh for Justice are targeting temples, schools and shops. Leaders of Indian origin also expressed concern that the police were not helping in allaying people's fear of India and curbing anti-India activities in the US. Khalistan supporters openly threaten to blow up Air India planes, carry banners threatening to target Hindus.

In the meeting, the Justice Department assured the people that a working group will be formed for the security of religious places and people from the Indian community will be included in it.
