Jaipur, 25 July (HS). Former minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas said about the strike of sanitation workers that the Valmiki community is protesting on the streets for their legitimate demands. During the rainy season, heaps of garbage have piled up all around in the capital Jaipur, viral fever is going on at this time, an epidemic can spread in Jaipur due to the heaps of garbage. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma is the local MLA of Jaipur, he should immediately call the sanitation workers for talks and resolve the strike by making an agreement, keeping in mind the problems of the public and the possibility of an epidemic spreading.

Khachariyawas said that for a long time, people of Valmiki society have been continuously meeting the state government, the Chief Minister and ministers to get their demands fulfilled. It was the government's responsibility to listen to the problems of those sanitation workers who risk their lives day and night and give us a chance to live a good life through the sanitation system.

Khachariawas said that if Chief Minister Bhajan Lal and the state government do not resolve the issue with immediate effect by holding talks with the striking union of sanitation workers, then the Congress party will take to the streets to respond to the dictatorship against the government. If an epidemic spreads and any loss of life occurs during the rainy season, then the state government will be responsible.
