East Champaran, 17 September (HS). On Tuesday, symbolic keys and certificates of the houses completed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Mission 100 days were handed over to the beneficiaries at the Phulwaria Panchayat Bhawan in the Sugauli block of the district.
On the occasion, Deputy Chief Babita Devi and Block Development Officer Nutan Kiran appealed to the beneficiaries to cooperate in this ambitious scheme of the government and avail its benefits. During this, symbolic keys were given to twelve beneficiaries who completed the housing construction work for their housewarming. Along with this, acceptance certificates were also distributed among the newly approved eighteen housing beneficiaries.
The BDO said that the letter of Griha Pravesh for the financial year 2023-24 and the letter of housing approval for 2024-25 have been distributed among the beneficiaries. He said that this program will also be organized in the rest of the panchayats of the block. The program was conducted by Housing Supervisor Ravikant Sharma. On the occasion, Panchayat head Awadhesh Prasad Kushwaha, Prabhakar Mishra, Ranjit Jha, Asfaq Ahmed, Deputy Chief Representative Shambhu Sah, Sarpanch Diwakar Mishra and dozens of beneficiaries and villagers were present.
