Lucknow, 8 July (HS). Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Monday met people from different districts at his camp office-7 Kalidas Marg and assured them of immediate resolution of their problems. During the public hearing, he listened to the problems of each person with utmost seriousness and directed the concerned officials to resolve the problems.
The Deputy Chief Minister has also directed the concerned officers to resolve the problems in such a manner that the person facing the problem is completely satisfied and he does not have to wander anywhere again and make rounds again and again.
He listened to the problems and complaints of women, handicapped people and the elderly and gave necessary directions to the concerned officials to resolve them on priority basis at a fast pace. In Janta Darshan, people from various districts of the state raised various problems related to land disputes, accidents, illegal occupation, education, health, housing allotment, school construction, land lease, getting possession, removing encroachment, road construction, electricity, arrest of accused, etc.
The Deputy Chief Minister himself went to the complainants and listened to the problems of each person face to face. Hundreds of people from about 3 dozen districts came to Janta Darshan and presented their problems. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya spoke to the concerned senior administrative and police officers of several districts and senior officials of the government over the phone and gave instructions for immediate resolution of the problems.
