Let us tell you that Kejriwal is the first accused in this entire case who has got bail from the lower court. He has been arrested by the ED. The CBI has not arrested him. Now it is likely that the CBI will play its role. However, other accused in the case also did not get regular bail from the lower court in the ED case. The bail bond will be posted before the duty judge on Friday itself. After which the lower court's order will go to Tihar Jail. It is expected that the ED will challenge this order in the Delhi High Court, which will ensure Kejriwal's release. An application will be filed to cancel the bail and demand an early hearing.
