Delhi Liquor Policy Case: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal filed a petition in the court against his arrest. ED filed its reply opposing Kejriwal's release. Kejriwal challenged his arrest in the case and also sought his release as interim relief. In the last hearing, the court had asked ED to file its reply by April 2. Now Delhi High Court will hear this matter tomorrow.
The ED said Kejriwal missed his right to question his custody when the ED did not seek his custody from the court. In such a situation, Kejriwal can no longer claim that his detention is illegal. ED says that the trial court's order regarding detention is correct. Also, we have followed all the necessary procedures under PMLA.

Vijay Nair was brokering for Kejriwal
ED said, Vijay Nair is a very close associate of Arvind Kejriwal. Vijay Nair had no role in the Delhi Excise Department or the Delhi Government. They were working as brokers on behalf of top AAP leaders (especially Arvind Kejriwal) to take bribes.
