Last wish of Atul Subhash: The suicide incident of engineer Atul Subhash in Bengaluru has shocked the entire country. In his 24-page suicide note, Atul Subhash has made serious allegations against his wife and in-laws as well as the judge of the Family Court of Jaunpur. He has also made a prediction regarding his wife and son. Apart from this, Atul has given his 12 last wishes in the suicide note, which also include hearing of the case and custody of his son.
Atul Subhash predicted that after my death my wife will start bringing my child to court to get sympathy. When I used to come to the court, she did not bring the child to the court so that I would not see him anywhere. Now I appeal to the court that this drama should not be allowed. Apart from this, Atul has told 11 more last wishes.
Atul Subhash had expressed his last wish before committing suicide.
1. All cases should be heard live and the people of the country should be aware of the case. They should be aware of the terrible state of the legal system and the abuse of law that these women are facing.
2. The suicide note and uploaded video should be allowed to be considered as the statement and evidence of Atul Subhash.
3. Atul said that Mara’s case should be heard in Bengaluru instead of UP because the courts of Bengaluru are more law abiding than those of UP. The UP judge whom he has accused may have tampered with the documents.
4. Atul has demanded to give the custody of his children to his parents. He said, my parents can raise their children with good values.
5. Keep my wife or her family away from my dead body.
6. The engineer has demanded that my bones will not be removed until those who tortured me are punished. If the court gives a verdict that the corrupt judge, wife and other oppressors are not guilty, then throw my ashes in a drain outside the court.
7. Those who commit atrocities should be punished to the maximum extent. However, Atul said, I no longer have much faith in law and order. If people like my wife are not sent to jail, then the courage of such people will increase and in future they will keep filing false cases against other sons of the society also.
8. Atul demands that the false case against my parents and younger brother be dropped.
9. Atul Subhash demanded that no negotiation, compromise or mediation should be done with my wife and in-laws and the culprits should be punished.
10. Atul called his wife a knife and said that he should not be allowed to withdraw the case. Unless he clearly admits that he has filed a false case.
11. Atul Subhash further said that if the torture and extortion continues then perhaps my elderly parents should formally seek euthanasia from the court.
