Mumbai: Kartik Aryan has given his flat in Juhu area of Mumbai on rent. He will get Rs 4.5 lakh per month for this flat worth around 18 crores. This 1912 square feet flat has two parking facilities. This apartment is located near Juhu in Mumbai, from where the beach can be seen. Apartments and bungalows of many Bollywood celebrities are located in Juhu area.
Karthik bought this flat with his mother last year. He also paid stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the flat whose original price was Rs 17 crore.
Kartik had earlier rented Shahid Kapoor's flat for Rs 7.5 lakh. Some time ago, Kartik had bought a 2099 sq ft commercial space in Andheri for Rs 10 crore.
