Kanpur, 30 March (Hindustan Reporter). Police Commissioner Akhil Kumar on Saturday inaugurated Kanpur's historic Holi (Ganga Mela Festival) by hoisting the tricolor flag and shouting Bharat Mata Ki Jai at Hatia Rajjan Babu Park.
On the occasion of Rang Panchami, the Police Commissioner gave strict instructions to ensure the successful completion of the 83rd anniversary of Kanpur's cultural heritage Ganga Mela Mahotsav and inspected the preparations made in various areas in view of the Hatia Ganga Mela.
