Kanpur, June 15 (HS). Kanpur Development Authority has now started cracking down on land mafia by cracking down on illegal occupants of the city. In the last 15 days, the action of sealing illegal encroachments by KDA continued on Saturday as well. On Saturday, KDA's enforcement team sealed more than two dozen illegal encroachments in the areas of the city's south.
KDA Vice President Madan Singh Garbyal has taken the initiative to make the city completely free from encroachments, and every possible effort is being made to implement it. Last Thursday, KDA had issued instructions to almost all the police station incharges of the city to take action against illegal encroachers, on which the police and KDA team have jointly started action.
KDA Vice President said that the campaign for sealing and demolition of illegal and unauthorized constructions in the city limits as well as constructions against development will be carried out more vigorously.
