This information has been received from the registration documents, according to which Kangana has sold this bungalow for Rs 32 crore. She bought the property in September 2017 for Rs 20.7 crore and took a loan of Rs 27 crore for it in December 2022. This bungalow was being used as the office of Kangana's production house Manikarnika Films.
Let us tell you that last month a YouTube channel shared a video in which it was told that the office of a production house is being sold. Although the name of the production house and the owner has not been revealed, but from the pictures people have guessed that this could be Kangana's office.
Now this property has been bought by Shweta Bathija, partner of Kamalini Holdings, who lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. According to the documents, Kangana's bungalow is spread over 3,075 square feet and includes 565 square feet of parking space. The deal was registered on September 5, paying a stamp duty of Rs 1.92 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30 thousand. This is the same property that was taken over by the BMC in 2020 for illegal construction. In September 2020, the BMC demolished parts of the bungalow, but the Bombay High Court stayed the demolition on September 9.
