Atlanta: US Vice President and Indian-origin presidential candidate Kamala Harris has given an open invitation to her Republican rival and former President Donald Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance for a debate, saying say whatever you want to say. The Republican has so far held back his speech here. She also promised to reduce prices to the public, not mentioning the rising prices along with the border security bill.

In a speech given at an event held in Atlanta, Georgia, he further said that he (Trump) will not only come to the debate but will think that he has a lot to say about me, but doesn't he think so. It is futile and useless? Hey Donald and think again about not coming to the debate stage because as the saying goes, tell me whatever you have to say.

In this speech he boldly stated that after being nominated as the presidential candidate, the race has become fierce again. He said that when Biden was in the race, he had previously offered to participate in a debate in September, but he later declined.

Today's Kamala rally in Atlanta drew 10,000 listeners. Atlanta is a key battleground in this election race.

According to the New York Times/C College Pre-All Survey, Harris is getting closer to Trump in popularity. In the pre-all survey conducted by the Wall Street Journal on Friday, July 23, Trump has a 2 point lead over Harris. On the other hand, Harris is moving to bridge that gap.

Senior leaders of the Democratic Party expect Kamala Harris to announce her potential running mate on Monday. According to her campaigners, Arizona Senator Mark Keeley will choose either Pennsylvania Governor Josh Schmitt or Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. But it seems certain that Harris will make the announcement on August 7.
