Kalki also featured a South Korean artist's artwork

Mumbai: Prabhas and Deepika's film 'Kalki 2998 AD' has started getting embroiled in controversies as soon as the trailer was released. Earlier, when some viewers said that the action scenes of the film have been copied from Hollywood's 'Thor franchise', now it has been alleged that the artwork of a South Korean artist has been stolen in the film.

South Korean concept artist Sung Choi shared a screenshot of the film's trailer and a photo of his work on social media. He wrote that using artwork without permission is illegal and unethical. Sung Choi is a concept artist who has worked for Hollywood production houses including Disney in the past. He has also worked for several web shows on OTT.

After Sung Choi's post, fans are fiercely targeting the makers of 'Kalki'. Fans are also criticizing whether 500-600 crores have been used to find out where to steal from.
