Kaithal, 5 October (HS). Kaithal Police has issued a challan of Rs 32,500 to a young man who was roaming around with a black film on his car glass. Police spokesperson said on Sunday that a vehicle was stopped near Karnal Road Canal Colony Kaithal by the police team patrolling during election duty on Saturday. On which black film was applied. Besides this, there was no front number plate on the vehicle.
After which the police issued a challan of Rs 32 thousand 500 for the vehicle. The vehicle has been seized for disobeying traffic rules. SP Rajesh Kalia said that applying black film on the glass of vehicles is against the traffic rules. In future too, the police will take strict action against such drivers and challan will be issued to them during the action as per rules. He said vehicles with tinted glass are often used for criminal activities. The SP appealed to the general public to strictly follow the traffic rules and not ignore them.
