Kaithal: Roadways buses should run till late night during election duty: SKS

Kaithal, May 13 (Hindustan Reporter) Sarv Karmachari Sangh Haryana wrote a letter to the Deputy Commissioner/District Election Officer demanding solution to the problems of the employees during election duty.

District Head Shiv Charan, District Secretary Master Rampal Sharma, Senior Deputy Head Ompal Bhal, Deputy Head Chhajju Ram, Cashier Ramkumar Sharma, District Press Spokesperson Suresh Uchana and Organization Secretary Jasbir Singh said that the employees have to face some problems during election duty. Due to which, there is disruption in the smooth delivery of election duty.

Through a letter written to the Deputy Commissioner, he has demanded that after the completion of the elections on May 25, roadways buses should be arranged for the employees from the election material collection centers to all the block headquarters till late night, so that it can be easier for them to reach home. Election duty certificates and postal ballot papers should be provided to all the employees engaged in election duty on time. Considering the past experiences, women employees should be exempted from election duty and services of reserve male employees should be taken in their place.

To reduce the incidence of mosquitoes, mosquito repellents should be sprayed around the polling stations and proper arrangements should be made for clean drinking water and food etc. for the employees during election duty. He said that being the largest and responsible organization of the employees of the state, Sarva Karmachari Sangh Haryana expects you to definitely solve these problems of the employees and the organization assures you that all the employees will help in successfully completing the election work. As always, the district administration will have full cooperation.
