I don’t take decisions under pressure: Gehlot
Gehlot said that those who are giving the statement that I took this decision under someone’s pressure are wrong. Till date I have never done any work under anyone’s pressure. In my political career since 2015, I have never done anything under anyone’s pressure. This is a misconception.
Kailash Gehlot said that it is wrong that I left Aam Aadmi Party under pressure from ED or CBI. I am a lawyer by profession. I left law practice and joined the Aam Aadmi Party because we saw hope in one person in the party. My intention was only to serve the people.
A day earlier he had resigned from the primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party. Meanwhile, on the question of Gehlot joining BJP, the Aam Aadmi Party convenor has said that wherever he goes, it is his (Gehlot’s) wish.
No option left except separation from AAP: Gehlot
Gehlot wrote a letter to Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal saying that there are many shameful controversies like Naya Bangla which now make everyone doubt whether we still believe in ourselves as a common man. It is now clear that no real progress can be made for Delhi if the Delhi government spends most of its time fighting the Centre. I am left with no option but to part ways with AAP and hence I am resigning from the primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party.
Let us tell you that Kailash Gehlot made a big allegation on AAP and said that another painful thing is that instead of fighting for the rights of the people, we are fighting only for our political agenda, this hinders the provision of basic services to the people. Is coming. People of Delhi are also facing problems. I started my political journey with a commitment to serve the people of Delhi and I want to continue it, hence I am resigning from the primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party.
Let us inform that Najafgarh MLA Gehlot had resigned from the Council of Ministers with immediate effect on Sunday. He was in charge of Home, Administrative Reforms, IT and Women and Child Development departments.
