Kailash Gehlot was in charge of several key departments in the Delhi government, including Home, Transport, IT and Women and Child Development. But his sudden resignation created a stir in Delhi politics.
Kailash Gehlot is one of the special ministers of Kejriwal.
Kailash Gehlot was a special minister in both Kejriwal and Atishi cabinets. Gehlot has made serious allegations against Aam Aadmi Party. He wrote a letter to Kejriwal saying that there are many shameful issues like ‘Sheesh Mahal’ and cleaning of Yamuna, due to which everyone is doubting whether we are still such people. Kailash Gehlot wrote in his resignation that the Delhi government will spend most of its time fighting with the Center due to which the state will not be able to develop.

I am left with no option but to part ways with AAP and hence I am resigning from the primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party. He further said that I had joined the party because of honest politics, now that is no more.
