Raipur, 27 July (HS). Union Minister of Labor and Employment and Youth Affairs and Sports Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party and the National Democratic Alliance have developed a new culture in the last decade. In a decade, Prime Minister Narendra Modi changed the work culture of the budget. Dr. Mandaviya was addressing a conference of intellectuals called for a dialogue on the budget of the Central Government in the capital on Saturday. Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that just as people used to remember the golden era of Chandragupta Maurya, in the same way they will remember India in the Modi era. We are all fortunate that we are witnesses to Modi ji's journey towards a developed India.

Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that the budget cannot be just a document of announcements and economic provisions, rather the budget is a reflection of the working style of the government. What does the government want, in which direction is the government going, what did the government say in the budget, what is the purpose of the government behind this statement, overall, there is a short term plan of one year and along with that the long term vision is visible from it.

Dr. Mandaviya said that Shri Modi has set 9 priorities. Explaining the first priority, Shri Modi said that in the budget for 5 years, emphasis has been laid on productivity and adaptability in agriculture. If agriculture is not strong in the country, then the nation will not be strong. Therefore, a program of agricultural welfare will have to be taken up. If the trade industry in the country is transformed into the current definition, then the country's trade will have to be encouraged and by encouraging the trade and commerce of the country, wealth is created in which there is efficiency, entrepreneurship, good skills, by encouraging such people, this wealth will be created, then tax will be put in the state's treasury and if taxes come in the state's treasury, then the state's treasury will prosper, therefore Shri Modi said that there should be welfare of farmers in the state. Today Kisan Samman Nidhi is given, today they are given subsidy in fertilizers.

Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that now there is a need to focus on natural farming. A big provision has been made for this in the budget. Shri Mandaviya said that it is important to focus on employment and skill training, employment, empowerment. How to support the strengths of the youth of our country, how to provide them employment opportunities, therefore in this budget a program has been decided to provide employment to four crore youth in the country in 5 years. Today for the first time Modi ji has given an employment link, the job seeker will also get help.

Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that you can see on the central portal that 30 lakh job providers and appointment providers are on one platform and they advertise 15-20 lakh jobs every month and say that we have jobs but we do not have skilled manpower. As per the provision in the budget, we will prepare skilled manpower, one thousand ITI's will work as training hubs. Another important decision was taken that we will also give a stipend of five thousand rupees to one crore such youth for doing internship in top most 500 companies. The youth coming out from there will go to downstream industries and downstream industries will give them jobs by speaking to them directly.

Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that the manufacturing sector is growing at the rate of 10 percent. We are moving in the direction that the industries in our country double in ten years. Our government's priority is to advance the manufacturing sector and by impressing the global opportunity in the service sector, our youth can work in the world sitting here through digital technology and earn money in dollars, with this priority we are making arrangements in the budget.

Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that Mr. Modi does not like to stay behind. Mr. Modi always moves forward with a total approach. We are not people who run politics on speeches. You must have heard many speeches but when it becomes the past, we do not remember it. In 85-86, a slogan was heard, India has to be taken to the 21st century. There was talk of the 21st century and the Prime Minister of that time was Rajiv Gandhi. His idea was right but what happened? There was a lack of commitment in him. That is why Mr. Modi said that this will not happen. Whatever we say, we will try to complete it with commitment. Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that during Covid, the world used to say that the world figure will be made on the basis of the number of deaths in India. The world thought that India would not be able to manage and when Covid was over, India had the least number of deaths in one million population. India has managed Covid. We have to build such infrastructure in 25 years, our budget for continuous infrastructure should be more than 14 lakh crores for 10 years. In the first budget of our government, there was Rs 4.25 lakh crores, in our budget of 2017, there was Rs 8 lakh crores for infrastructure and now in 2024 it has increased to Rs 11.25 lakh crores and in 2 years the budget will be Rs 14 lakh crores.

Union Minister Dr. Mandaviya said that there was no system to commercialize research but today if any of our professors or scientists works anywhere and have done some research, he can come to a private company and ask them to manufacture it, then the scientist is free to enter into a partnership with them. After 50 years, when the coming generation will read this new history of the country, they will be proud of Narendra Modi's tenure just like the golden age of Chandragupta Maurya. Sardar Patel sahab's dream remained unfulfilled, that Article 370 was removed during Modi's time. Ram temple was built in Ayodhya. Narendra Modi took strict action by destroying Pakistan's evil intentions by carrying out air strikes and surgical strikes on India's neighboring country Pakistan.

Earlier, while addressing the conference, BJP's state president Kiran Singh Dev discussed the main topic of Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Prime Minister Modi's vision and concept of taking developing India towards developed India. Raipur MP Brijmohan Agarwal said that our budget today is Rs 48 lakh 21 thousand crores for the whole of India and this is 18% more than last year's budget. In this budget, Rs 11 lakh 11 thousand 111 crores is only for infrastructure. Therefore, instead of doing politics on the basis of casteism, the Prime Minister talked about four classes. Youth, women, farmers and poor, all castes are included in these. In the coming 5 years, the economy of this country will be at number three, how will be the economic condition of India, how will the people of India develop, it is clearly visible.

Many social organizations including Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce, Sarafa Association, CAT, CA Association, Doctor Association, economists, teachers, youth, women from many areas including Raipur, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Arang, Bagbahara, Dharsiwa were present in the program.

On this occasion, the stage was managed by BJP State Media Incharge Amit Chimanani and State BJP General Secretary Bharat Verma expressed his gratitude.
