Balodabazar, 22 July (HS). Retired Judge Justice CB Bajpai, the chairman of the judicial commission constituted to investigate the breaking of Jaitkham in Amar Cave located in village Mahkoni of the district, reached Balodabazar for the second time on Monday. He held a meeting today and finalized the notification and procedure regulations for the commission office and sent it to the government. So that in the coming days the notification can be published in the daily news including the gazette. Along with this, Bajpai has given important guidelines to the secretary of the commission including putting up a board related to the commission office outside the office, appointment of employees in the office.
It is worth mentioning that a single member judicial inquiry commission has been constituted by the state government to investigate the incident of damaging the Jaitkham located in village Mahkoni, Amargufa under district Balodabazar-Bhatapara on the midnight of 15 May and 16 May 2024. Retired judge, Chhattisgarh High Court C.B. Bajpai has been appointed as its chairman. Also, three rooms have been allotted in the District Election Office for the operation of the commission office.
