Araria, April 19 (HS). In view of the Lok Sabha elections, a flag march was conducted on the India-Nepal border by the soldiers of Sikti police station and Aambadi camp on Friday. This flag march ran from Sonapur to Ambadi to Kucha border.
Sikti Police Station Head Narendra Kumar Prasad said that in order to create a sense of security and confidence among the voters by taking out a flag march before the Lok Sabha elections, a flag march was conducted by the SSB and Sikti Police on the India-Nepal border. He said that the SSB and Sikti Police officers Flag march is being conducted along the entire India-Nepal border. The flag march is a part of the area dominance exercise to create a sense of security and harmony in the society and ensure free, fair and fear-free elections.
He told that the police and SSB personnel made the people of the village aware about voting during the flag march. Said that while making the people living on the India-Nepal border aware, he said that if there is any kind of activity by any anti-social elements on the India-Nepal border, then he said that they should inform the administration about it.
