Joe Root scored a brilliant century against Pakistan, broke Gavaskar's biggest record in one stroke

This is the 35th century of Joe Root's Test career. Joe Root has left behind Gavaskar, Lara, Mahela Jayawardene and Younis Khan in terms of scoring the most centuries. Gavaskar, Lara, Jayawardene and Younis Khan have 34 Test centuries to their names.
