BHEL Recruitment 2024: If you are interested in working in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) then you have a chance. BHEL has announced vacancies in various trades for IIT pass candidates. Applications have been invited from eligible candidates for these posts.

Through this recruitment, candidates will be recruited for the posts of Trade Apprenticeship Trainee. Here appointments will be made on many posts including fitter turner, machinist, welder, electrician, carpenter. Candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website of BHEL hwr.bhel.com.

The last date to fill the form for this BHEL Recruitment is 14th June 2024. However, candidates can also submit the required documents online till 24th June 2024.

A total of 170 posts will be filled through this recruitment of BHEL. Fitter – 59 posts, Turner – 17 posts, Machinist – 40 posts, Welder – 19 posts, Electrician – 24 posts, Draftsman (Mechanical) – 2 posts, Electronics (Mechanical) – 1 post, Carpenter – 2 posts, Foundryman – 6 posts.

As per the official notification, candidates applying for these posts should be 10th pass. Also, must have passed ITI with minimum 60% marks as a regular student in the year 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024 from an institute recognized by NCVT.

Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship training after passing ITI or who have one year or more of job experience are not eligible to apply for this post. Also, candidates who are pursuing any regular course cannot apply for this.

The minimum age limit for all categories of candidates applying for apprenticeship in BHEL is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years. However, the maximum age is 30 years for OBC (non-creamy layer), 32 years for SC and ST. At the same time, disabled candidates are given a relaxation of 10 years in the maximum age limit.

Candidates selected for apprenticeship in BHEL will be paid stipend during the training period as per apprenticeship guidelines. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination.
