JMM candidate Joba Majhi will file nomination from Singhbhum Lok Sabha seat on 23

Ranchi, 22 April (HS). Indi alliance's joint candidate from Singhbhum Lok Sabha constituency, Joba Majhi, will file nomination papers before the District Election Officer on April 23. Joba Majhi was presented the symbol by JMM central president and former chief minister Shibu Soren on Monday.

Chief Minister Champai Soren, JMM's star campaigner Kalpana Soren, wife of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren and state road construction minister Basant Soren will accompany Joba Majhi's nomination. Before the nomination, a public meeting has been organized at Khutkatti Maidan in Chaibasa, which will be addressed by star campaigners, party MLA from Kolhan, ministers and leaders of alliance parties.

Hundreds of leaders, workers and supporters of alliance parties including JMM are likely to participate in the nomination program. Candidate Joba Majhi will leave for Chaibasa with her supporters after paying homage to her late husband martyr Devendra Majhi at her residence in Chakradharpur.
