Dr. Lewis Marandi, JMM's candidate from Jama Assembly Constituency, submitted his nomination papers to the Returning Officer cum Additional Collector. Dr. Louise Marandi, who came out after filing her nomination, while addressing the journalists said that today she has filed her nomination for Jama assembly seat on JMM ticket. He said that Jama Assembly is very backward in the fields of education, roads, connectivity, drinking water, health and employment.
