On Wednesday, at BJP's Vijay Sankalp rally in Narwana, State Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini fiercely targeted the Congress government and called for making Narendra Modi the Prime Minister for the third time for the welfare of the country. Many leaders including Sirsa Lok Sabha candidate Ashok Tanwar, Rajya Sabha member Subhash Barala, former MP Sunita Duggal, State General Secretary Surendra Poonia were present with him in the rally. During this, JJP's Narwana MLA Ramniwas Surjakheda announced to join BJP. All the party leaders including Chief Minister Saini welcomed Surjakheda warmly and assured him of full respect.
The Chief Minister said that the government started Ayushman, Chirayu scheme for the poor. Now the poor no longer need to reach out to anyone for treatment. The poor can get themselves treated with dignity. Earlier one had to stand in line for 3 days to get a gas cylinder, now the government is delivering gas at the doorstep. Women are being given free cylinders under the Ujjwala scheme. Be it winter, summer or rainy season, people do not have to stand in queues for cylinders. Saini said that during the Congress rule, bank accounts of the poor were not opened and they had to suffer humiliation. In the last ten years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi got 50 crore poor people to open bank accounts with zero balance.
