Jind, May 5 (Hindustan Reporter) City police station Safidon on Sunday registered a case under various sections including fraud against three managing directors of the company for duping them of Rs 6.5 lakh on the pretext of profit on investment in the company.
Amit, a resident of Safidon, told in his complaint to the police that in September 2021, through Sushil Jain, a resident of Safidon, he came in contact with Mahendra and Vedprakash, who run Growth Spree Private Limited Company in Hooda Market near Devi Lal Ground. Both of them told that they are directors of the company. There will be good profits by investing in their company. Falling into the trap of all three, he invested Rs 11 lakh 84 thousand 400 in August 2021. After which some amount started coming into his account. The company suffered losses due to fraud among the directors. In January 2022, company directors Mahendra and Mahabir gave checks for different months and, saying that they would not deposit the cheques, asked to take the payment from the company office in February. When he reached the appointed date, he told his wife that he was ill.
